General Booking Information

• Bed linen, towels, breakfast, and final cleaning are included in our prices. Beds for children and extra beds are made by the guests themselves; bed linen is provided and placed on the beds.
• Payment can be made in cash, by card, or preferably via Swish. Payment is made upon arrival (unless the stay exceeds five nights or includes all rooms—see below). For certain high-demand periods, advance payment may be required. Please see booking terms.
• Companies booking more than one week pay one week in advance at a time.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the rooms.
• As our guest, you are welcome to invite visitors to join you for breakfast. The cost is 160 SEK per person. Children aged 2–12 years: 80 SEK. Must be booked no later than 6:00 PM the evening before.
• If you require a special breakfast, such as gluten-free or lactose-free, please let us know by 6:00 PM the evening before, preferably at the time of booking.
• Non-smoking indoors.
• Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement. When booking, please provide a mobile phone number, address, and preferably an approximate arrival time. As we do not have permanent staff on site, we kindly ask guests to respect check-in times. Earlier or later check-in is usually not a problem—just let us know in advance.
• If we have temporarily left the property and are not present upon your arrival, please call +46 708 212 451.
• The pool area is available only after regular check-in time (4:00 PM) and not after check-out (11:00 AM). Only registered guests have access to the pool.
• Check-out no later than 11:00 AM, as rooms must be available for cleaning for arriving guests.

Booking Terms

The accommodation fee must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM at least 2 days before arrival. Later cancellations will be charged for one night.
• Cancellations must be made in writing; non-payment does not count as a cancellation.

Special terms apply for bookings of at least 5 nights or when booking all rooms:

• Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid within 7 days of booking or as agreed.
• A booking fee of 500 SEK applies. An invoice will be sent and must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The booking fee will be deducted from the final payment. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• In case of cancellation, the following applies:
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: full refund
  • Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • 0–7 days before arrival: no refund
